Cool! I'm going to post a thread on the Boom site, hope that's cool. The desire for custom maps is there, but whats new to them is old news for me. You saw the UNK maps without the ini fix for the locker pickups... typical. Pacer, can I talk to you sometime about GOW-Justice? I'm interested in putting it on the boom servers but I want to ask you first. TTF just sucks so bad. Also, is it the same server side or do I need a different version? GOW will of course get credit and all that, not that you're a credit hound or anything. Shit, not even a little. Think about it, let me know. Thanks! Hope you're all well!

Hi guys! You probably know this already, but sunday night and server's down, can't get youon vent. Hope all is well.

are we on for some customs tonight?

I have an idea that may, or may not, help get people to join:

just have like 5 or so customs at once to start and add a new one each week. I think we have too many maps on the server right now. Not having the map happens to me too and  sometimes I end up sitting out that map because it would take too long to download: a new map would be started as I finished getting the previous one. The speed of the redirect isnt the problem, downloading maps from wherever they are hosted is somewhat slow too.

just a thought.. Maybe we could do a poll on Epic forums asking people for their top 5 custom WAR maps and start from there?

Mine would be (I'm picking them according to what I think would play best with alot of people):

1. WAR-Cavern: yes 2k4 Torlan was and is a classic

2. WAR-Death Dome

3. WAR-Rails

4. WAR-Araja

5. WAR-TombOfAmunrah

Sounds like a plan to me. It definetly wont hurt to try something. Im hoping my internet at home and my desktop start working soon so I can start playing again

I will release USucc as a public beta this week...  just a few more tweaks before it is ready.

Before the beta, I will reduce the number of maps on our server to the maps included in the ONS2 MSUC entry, the GOW map pack, and maybe a couple others favorites.  Before next Sunday, we can push people to try USucc.

USucc now supports web-seeding from redirect servers so nobody will wait long for downloads to begin.

I want to start getting these going again. I've spoke to some of you about it and im hoping we can make this a weekly thing again and try to get 8-16 people in our server at least once a week. We have 2 new GOW map packs coming out too soon so thats more of a reason to get this going for us. I know its really short notice but we are starting it back up tonight at 9 pm eastern.
