Operational Notes:

• The 3 Clan Captains & 2 Leaders are mutually responsible for voting on all major Clan decisions in terms of Battles, the Portal, Server Parameters, Rules & Code of Conduct etc. The 5 individuals must jointly handle any controversial issues; everything from abuse, internal conflicts to new Recruits. 
• Forum & Comment moderation is a joint responsibility between the Captains & the Community. Many members of GOW & the Community SHARE the Administrative Burden of this Site's Forums & Comments.
• None of the Lineups are concrete! Each GOW Member was selected based on their skill, loyalty, good sportsmanship & lack of public and often naive rants.  All of our members are talented & have Top 5 potential. Currently the world of Consoles consists of little room for objectively planned & fair WARFARE Battles. As new PS3 Clans emerge or jump gametypes, that is posed to change. We hope! If not, PC cats need to lookout…
• Bottom Line is: We all love to play; whether the battle is official, off the cuff, certified on Gamebattles.com, the UGL or a spontaneous ad hoc match-up - We just want to BATTLE; We want to innovate and provide Community Created Content to Download and 5 Game Servers to play those new Maps & Mods on. 24/7 and all for free.

For now: Have fun & NO inter-clan trash talk! We hope that you Play, Contribute Comments, Votes or Suggestions whenever you can & attend Practices when possible. All members should understand that we have little to no expectations. What we DO want from our members is meager and limited to these sentences. Do not bad-mouth or criticize us in public places or to people outside this Clan. There is a private section on this site to which you all are aware of so use it for genuine 'beefs' or gripes internally. We're always seeking constructive criticism! The more the better! If not under Private then use Email, a Phone or PM. If you meet personally with other (EXTERNAL) Clan Leaders, Speak with them in a Chat or over the telephone - then please do so on behalf of your Clan. We DO encourage you to be a liason to the community and form friendships, relationships and even alliances. The GOW Founders couldn't have done all this without alliances with other (PC) Clans. If you form external friendships & alliances etc. we'd consider that admirable. However, we ask that you keep us in the loop before or even soon afterwards. Share information with your fellow GOW Clan Members. In addition, help your fellow n00b and/or PROMOTE: Fun, Good Sportmanship, Our Servers and/or Custom Content. Be mature, set a good example and use your best judgement at all times when posting & THINK before you save ... This should all be common sense and applies to your time spent navigating the various channels  & elements of the Unreal Community on and  off our native platform....
